The art of transmutation has always fascinated Sirius. Ever since their transformation from Skydancer to Pearlcatcher was botched by another alchemist, they have sought to master the art of alchemy with the goal of helping dragons seamlessly transition between breeds and genders. While their magic was more predictable as a Skydancer, they are now stuck between forms and struggle to control their abilities.

Among alchemists, they are an outcast both for their taboo attempts at transmutation along with the highly unpredictable nature of their alchemy. Instead, they have found friendship in a banished witch and apprentice mage with the shared goal of mastering their magic.
