Biography

Cryomancer, Vale's companion. Quiet, indifferent and easy to overlook or forget. Comes across as very awkward in conversation. Keeps to the background and lets his companion Vale do the talking.

Ningelu is the only dragon Vale seems to genuinely care about, but what their exact relationship is, is unclear. The two look uncannily similar, despite not being related to each other.
The pattern of runes Ningelu and Vale share are more than just decoration. Ningelu's amplify his power and glow bright light blue when they're activated, while the function of Vale's isn't apparent. Vale is not particularly skilled in using magic, he prefers to rely on his charm and intelligence or his rapier when things turn dire. The only time his runes glow (a dull, faded yellow) is when Ningelu is close by, drawing power from his surroundings..

Ningelu has been gone from the Icefield for years. He originally hails from a small mountain clan that hasn’t been heard from in a long time. Upon his return he felt the need to visit his former home while Vale got to work manipulating his way into the outpost's community.
