The clan calls her Lana--slightly strange, seeing as she always seems to write it wrong-- but you're not sure what to make of that (especially since there's something mechanical about her voice... if what you're hearing is her voice at all).


Her eyes aren't eyes, really. They glow, like gateways or lost stars. There's something odd about the runes across her body-- the way it glows and pulses when it shouldn't; the way the colors shift that isn't always due to the light... The segments of her wings shimmer and fluctuate, often giving way to something--as if through a pane of stained glass, just beyond...
