Deep in the caverns beneath the sanctuary lies the moonstone sanctum—a disturbingly dark and dangerous hollow whose walls are smooth and white. Despite the lanterns suspended from the ceiling, the oppressive darkness swallows all light, leaving only the ghostly shimmer of the few illuminated walls. It’s here that Suneel dwells—staying far away from the lanterns and slinking through the darkness.

There is nowhere on Sornieth as dark and quiet as the moonstone sanctum, and that’s exactly as Suneel likes it; he’s sensitive to both light and sound, neither of which travel far so deep in the earth. His only company are the rare few dragons who also enjoy their solitude, but they don’t bother him and he doesn’t bother them either.

If he’s not careful, he’ll be eaten by a Grue...
