Nigellen is Dimbles' partner and the hatchery overseer. He takes his job exceptionally seriously not only because he loves hatchlings but also because of his dedication to the sect. Before he found Dimbles he felt like he was lacking purpose and struggled to find his place in the world, so now that he's found himself spiritually fulfilled and surrounded by others he is quite the chatterbox. This is a bit of a contrast to Dimbles who often communicates more with gentle looks and gestures but she is happy to see Nigellen come out of his shell. You can often hear him talking to the eggs in the nesting grounds even when no one else is around and it is safe to say that no one cares more about the youth of this clan than Nigellen does.
