RAYMOND
A sharply nervous grin, a clack of uncertain claws. Faux confidence wrapped in cheap finery. He says he's selling dreams, they're only buying nightmares.

The first thing you'll notice upon entering Raymond's lair is the hideous odour of plush leather. Your eyes will then be assaulted by a zig-zag of zebra patterns, purples and furs, Indian carpets belching dust.

Raymond insists that you call his lair a 'pad'... the casual way he says it fouls the air. You can smell the cheese dust on his breath when he speaks, that and another odour that you can't quite place. His ... 'pad' has nothing in it but soft cushions, a fireplace and something that resembles a TV. On closer inspection it is, in fact, a pile of slate slabs.

You can't help but feel that this fabrication may extend to more than just the television set.
