Born the infamous Niel, he was known as "Oracle" for a majority of his childhood, due to his keen logical skills and guessing. Although not the strongest of his kind, he is certainly one of the smartest. His intelligence grew to be one of his strongest skills, other than his abnormal memory and high-efficiency levels.

Abandoned by his mother, and abused by his father, Niel was obligated to never allow any sort of abuse reek his clan--and therefore, lives through the principle of equality and fairness. Due to his strong will, he won't accept any sort of abuse and will kick any dragon out if they dare do so.

Forming this clan a bit while ago, Niel recruited dragons whom he trusted and knew well. Newcomers are scrutinized--but with respect--and accepted and respected as any other dragon already there.

His goals and dreams are not marked by his skill, but by his willpower. He will never stop at a problem. "If there's a will, there's a way." -Albert Einstein; one of the famous quotes that he never forgets. His will drives his passion, his power, and his love for the dragons around him, his important job, and overall the world itself.
