Tik is a very strange dragon. For one thing, though biologically female, Tik prefers to be referred to as 'he', effectively making him a trans-dragon. He's very much unlike most Pearlcatchers too, though still arrogant at times his erratic nature and penchant for kindness sets him apart. Other Pearlcatchers tend to look down on him more than usual for this, especially as his lair tends to be more of a nest than a building.

Tik is tolerant of everything - he doesn't care what dragon you are, where you're from or what you've done, if you're nice to him he's nice to you. He has facets of his father's madness, but has enough control over himself to know when he's being a danger and to remove himself from a situation that's making him worse.
