______ I remember my almost dark as night speckled egg, it was the place I grew after all. I remember my mother's soothing voice, she would detail her homeland to me, along with other...nature things I did not care for. I wanted to see the isles of my mothers home, when I got too big for my egg I pecked out, and saw another golden egg next to me. I walked over to the two figures, one I recognized as my mother, and one as my father. I looked so much like my dad. I heard a crack, and turned to see a dragon, a pale gold, peck its way out. This was my twin. I envyed my brother for his looks. I one day told my mother, she responeded with "Well, love yourself for you, my hatchling" those words I will remember. I still want to see my mothers homeland today, maybe even the shadow's territory, time will tell, Perhaps I will be exempt to help our Glade mother?
