"As above, so below." Saesteorra is unusual among the smuggler crew for her lack of interest in treasure and wealth of any sort. Not to say she minds the luxuries she can afford on account of her 'occupation' but she's in it more for the challenge and the chance to use her skills. She's an intensely prideful dragon and heaven forbid anyone ever implies that she got them lost.

Poor little star-addled Saesteorra, they called her. Even among Arcane dragons she was obsessed with stars and space. She felt an odd kinship with the bright suns of other worlds, could swear they whispered to her. She did eventually outgrow some of her more fanciful beliefs but the sense that the stars told her things always remained. She was a scholar at first. She studied and learned as much as she could about the night sky. When her research proved not to be profitable she was removed from the college and found herself under the employ of a smuggling crew.
