Lore Notes

  • Started out as a Tundra
  • Thought found a mate in Kallichore when young, dazzled by her color, had a nest of three - all of them left and / or went to serve the Gladekeeper
  • Heartbroken to be left alone, wandered through the forests to find a solitary place to reflect what he wants out of life
  • Went into hibernation for years, dreamt of shimmering chocolate hide
  • Woke up out of his sound slumber by a particular eerie wistful tune, went to follow it to find the source
  • Was memorized and sat patiently and quietly until he was noticed
  • The two stood in silence, taking in each other's spirit, aura and energy - vines and flowers sprouted from where they sat, reaching out towards the other and encircling the tiny island with the one flower
  • Noticed the beautiful chocolate hide
  • Spent time with each other, felt a connection, and eventually had a nest on the same tiny island, the embankments and surrounding bushes covered in violet flowers
  • Nest was a single hatchling that felt it was their duty to serve the Gladekeeper
  • As proud as the parents were, they were heartbroken their one hatchling left and focused their energy on improving the environment around them
  • When the two were snuggled into each other sleeping there was a particular warm breeze during a cold January night and the two woke with a blanket of violet flowers covering them
  • They could feel a particular heaviness and awkward to how they moved as they stirred and when they saw each other they were shocked
  • Knew it was a blessing from the Gladekeeper to focus on their happiness, they were cherished, build their family and to not be sad anymore - this was their true forms
  • Often gives Manasa praise and sweet comments about her birthmark, finds it unique and one of his favorite aspects of her
