Madrigal

Uh-oh, looks like this sleepy noodle wandered a little too far from her home lair (342595, TheJesterWolf), and now she's off to see the world! When Madrigal was born, she immediately fell asleep. throughout her childhood, she fell asleep in many places, be it in trees, while gathering, eating, and just flying along with others. because of this her mother, Silo, decided to elect one of the others to be her guide/caretaker. all was well for a while, until one day Madrigal and her caretaker were out hunting and the caretaker got a little bit too into it. Madrigal had fallen asleep once again and as they were hunting in the Windswept Plateau, a strong wind caught her wings and lifted her into an unknown direction. when her caretaker returned, they found nothing but dropped food. as they panicked, they returned to the clan to tell of the unfortunate news. will Madrigal ever return? or will her sleepy self find it's way to great adventures?

"Ahhhhhhhhhhh!" Madrigal was tossed about in angry winds, storm clouds lashing out as if she was prey. Her small size is the only thing that saved her as she tumbled down to the ground, slick with mud.

Madrigal lay in the mud for sometime, the sun caking her in a cocoon as she dried. She stayed the night there, the mud keeping her weary wings warm.

Eventually, her attention was redirected and a far off glow demanded she would investigate. She boldly went up to the glow still coated in her muddy armor.

Ahh, it was an egg. A plague one. How nasty--it pulsed a vibrant green. Madrigal did not want to touch it, but taking in the situtation, seemed to point to a case of abandonment. The egg was left alone in the middle of nowhere.

An aborted beastclan thievery perhaps? Madrigal hesitantly took the egg and continued her journey.

Madrigal returned home for a few years, but is now itching to get out and explore again. Where will she go this time?

Madrigal had been flying for not even an hour when she promptly fell asleep. She was just so tired. the winds blew her far away, and when Madrigal opened her eyes, she was in a cave. The snapper who had his head buried in a book, looked up when she stirred.

"Oh, hello," he said. "I'm glad you're awake."

Madrigal threw him a smile. "I'm sorry if I've startled you. I fall asleep a lot."

The snapper nodded, and immediately looked a bit at a loss. He coughed, embarrassed. "Our clan doctor, WuRan, has asked me to look after you. He's running a few errands, you see. You look absolutely fine, so I am not sure what to do now."

Madrigal laughed. "I am absolutely fine. I merely fell asleep. Can you tell me where I am?"

"Oh, I am terribly sorry," The snapper got to his feet and sat down a bit closer to her. "You're in Murky Hollow. My name is Wylfred."

And so Madrigal explored the wonderful grounds that were Murky Hollow. She made a few friends there, who all slowly became used to her falling asleep at the weirdest moments. Even the doctor WuRan stopped checking her over after every time it happened.

Madrigal had a great time in Murky Hollow, but she found herself wondering about the rest of the world. Thus she said goodbye, and she stretched her wings, and took off.

Madrigal was flying in a wind storm, when she suddenly feel asleep, and landed in the plaguelands. Her tail got dipped a lake of acid, and it hurt! She went to local doctorwho patched it up, and asked her about how it happened.
She told the Bogsneak about her tendency to fall asleep randomly, and he nodded and gave her some medicine that he said would help with it. He didn't change anything. What a nice dude!

Madrigal came to Crow Callers, and encountered the fellow travelling dragon Zaulen. Zaulen had the tendency to forget things easily - Madrigal indeed had occasional lapses in memory as well because of how easy it was for her to fall asleep, and the two of them decided to stick together during their time in the clan because of that. Maybe they could help each other out.

When Madrigal decided to leave for a new destination, she let Zaulen know.

"Who are you, again? I think your name was... Mary?"

Maybe his memory would come around again sometime.
