A single traveling magician who was given ground near the Solstice clan to live on, due to a promise that he would not be bothered if he didn’t do anything too destructive. However, he remains unaffiliated. A surprisingly good bargain, considering that the magic of creation could often have disastrous effects if handled in an even slightly subpar manner.

He is a loner, but desires the challenge of a worthy apprentice, who shares his ideal and strives to reach even greater heights. Only an unquenchable desire for more knowledge would hold up to this standard. And one must never be afraid, for only one who dares try to transcend all possibility would be worthy of recognition from this arcane pedagogue. He believes in the absolute conquering of fear, as he has dealt with his own demons, ensuring that the specters of his childhood never haunt him again.

No one has yet proven themselves deserving. But perhaps one day, there shall be that worthy apprentice, to challenge even his notions. A fair warning comes, though... Weakness is not tolerated by Dekan, for he greatly respects strength and control, not for the sake of lording over others, but to lord over oneself. If one cannot muster enough authority over themselves, they have a long way to go before even appealing to this creator of miracle.
