Clan Info

Waffle's End is a large clan focused on storage and maintenance of many valuable rarities. Dragons from various regions of Sorneith are welcome to stay for a while or even join. Some have suspect pasts. It is better to remain oblivious to some dragons' actions. There are plenty kind dragons to distract. Many do not participate in the clan's treasure hoarding and caretaking. However, they exist entrenched among the valuables. Some dragons have taken up pasttimes that do more than support Icewarden. They brew potions, fall in love, scout out the best flower beds for crafting flower crowns, and so much more. Even old gods who have fallen into Sorneith may find themselves with a soft spot for mischievous ridgies and fluffy hatchlings. Fortunately or unfortunately, many denizens of the clan have found themselves alone. They spend much of their time solo, living day by day or looking forward to a brighter icy future.

The unofficial scariest dragon is Cinder, who only has a soft spot for Blissful and occasionally an adorable hatchling. Everyone else she will readily discard and burn at the first opportunity. Cinder is the doorkeeper of Waffle's End. It is a tedious job, made even more tedious by the grumpiness of Cinder. However, Waffle has assigned her this duty in order to force her to interact more with other dragons outside of nefarious actions. For example, she passed out candy on Halloween.

Blissful is a breezily easygoing dragon on the surface, but underneath, she is extremely paranoid. A pretender at heart, she opens up to nobody, even Cinder. Although she wears lots of silks and brightly dyed feathers, they have a purpose besides frivolousness. They protect her appearance from others' eyes.

Nes is a rather lonesome dragon. She is amicable in most ways and often can be silly. However, other dragons do not always get along with her. A few call her fake and she has a bad reputation. A lot of days she spends flying by herself in the sky or making flower crowns for the hatchlings. Hatchlings do not actually like her, as she has a reputation for being both harsh and sensitive. At heart she is a hard worker who speaks her mind at all times. Opinionated, she has become isolated outside of training dragons to serve Icewarden.

Misoro is a mysterious dragon who attracts many outsiders to the clan. She performs as a dancer regularly, and holds numerous other talents. Many dragons have asked her why she originally fled the sea and joined an icy clan. Many times she has answered, but the answers are so varied it is hard to tell the truth apart from the lies.

Jaqiarza has a disdain for most dragons and prefers to keep to eirself. This distaste is not borne out of contempt but rather comes from a jaded expectation and a desire to prevent eirself from being disappointed once again. Ey hates gardening but can be found near the garden on account of trying to get closer to the snakes who like to sunbathe on the rocks there.

Fawn was born on a joyous occasion, and her life continues to be filled with and bring joy. She enjoys pranks, but mostly loves animals. There are plenty within the clan, and despite being a younger dragon, she has taken up several social justice movements that are supported by her loved ones even if the rest of the clan is not as interested.

Eonjenna is one of the oldest dragons. She has close connections with many others, such as Meritocracy. The resident cat lover of the clan, she sparkles everywhere she goes. Eona is also one of the few dragons who has made friends with Averix. It busies itself with the coliseum and fighting, and rarely does it feel the need for social company. Eona has managed to make peace with it and bring it further into the fold with the deadly weapon of an adorable set of kitties.

Hasa cannot remember her old name. She has been through some terrible things, but now she lives as a hoard manager in Waffle's End. Her best friend is Hanarete, an energetic dragon who can be naive and hurtful at times but is overall good-meaning. Hana and Hasa get along fantastically, even if they sometimes need a break from each other. Hana has made many friends within the clan and outside of it.

Zoe, Tion, and Ran are ridgebacks who all arrived together one day. They mostly keep to themselves but can be witnessed pulling pranks on other members of the clan. Tion is technically a deity of some sort. Tai's arrival signified the intensified frequency of the pranks, to the point where the dragons had to enlist Tess to help save everyone from their mischievousness.

Iozefina is an ice dragon who never wanted to be an ice dragon. She has gone through extensive rituals in order to become a fire dragon. However, after failing to change her eye color formally, she returned to the floes of the Icewarden. Now, she keeps mostly to herself.

Koepi is the potioneer and brewer of Waffle's End. He also is a dreamdancer who has terrible fits at night and is still trying to find a way to escape from her haunting past. With a secret crush on Islanin, he often brews her glittering bottles of warming drink for her long journeys as a false herald of the light. Isla works as a fake ambassador, a shadow dragon who has infiltrated multiple clans. Her main base of operations is with Epi, in whom she has found something like affection.

Shar is a young and impulsive dragon. She acts like the princess she was raised as. Although good natured inside, she can be rude and offensive. Brier tries to keep her in check, but he is not always successful. Aspis keeps an eye on both of them. He is the so called king of Waffle's End. In reality, most dragons cannot take him serious since though he wishes to be a tyrant, he is silly. His search for infinite power is easily disrupted by the appearance of gorgeous flowers. Ena makes fun of him, but they have secretly fallen in love with him.

Now Cerise, on the other hand, is the actual queen of the clan outside of Waffle, the head. She is somewhat feared and adored by everyone, due to her position of power. Above anything, Jeon holds her deeply in their heart. Though she is born plague, nobody dares question her on ice clan matters.

Zeeva is one of the unofficial children of Rise. She has taken to collecting hatchlings like butterflies, and Zee is one of them. They spend most of their days lounging about or collecting mushrooms in the forest. They also have been taking dancing lessons from Miso from time to time.

Jeon is my self dragon but also in the clan, acts as the half-hearted emperor. Mostly, they read books and obsess over the library while Rise and Waffle take care of all the business matters. Rineria is another child of Rise and Jeon. She has a complex past that is not often up for discussion.

Chantilly is a remnant of a time in which Waffle's End was comprised of many beautiful imperial females who wielded fans in battle. Most have since abandoned the clan to pursue exaltation when it became Waffle's End. Chan is a much younger dragon who arrived one day by chance to pursue the teachings and knowledge of those fan bearers. Although he found that those dragons had already departed to serve Icewarden personally, Chan found a fond family in Waffle's End and decided to remain.

Airi also was called to Waffle's End to serve Kairin long ago, but was only able to make the journey after Kairin had already been called to Icewarden's side. She still remained with the clan and absorbed much recycled energy that had been left around the clan from her fore dragons.

Luna is an anti-social dragon who has many admirers but refuses all of them. She only loves her boyfriend, who lives in another clan. Lejka is Luna's sister, and has joined Waffle's End because she heard it was a safe place for ace dragons. The same reasoning applied for Andromeda's arrival and subsequent unity with Waffle's End. Trinity and Nezha are in charge of all of the ace dragon efforts and are proud of their work. As some of the most senior dragons within the clan, they are sedate but stern and extremely powerful.

Kat is a special case. She flew over the stockade one day as a large kite and transformed in a smooth motion that somehow shook the whole clan. A beautifully charismatic dragon, she would have everyone fall in love with her and then disappear, stealing everyone's hearts and tears at the same time.

Hope is a bit of a contradiction to his own morals. He tries to be as positive as can be, but often fails due to his overwhelming pessimism. Ametrine and Rhee have taken to trying to cheer him up, but at the end of the day, Ame is also very much a realist with a jaded old soul. He just wants to be by himself and garden and water and care for his crops. Rhee is much more of a fun-loving prankster, and she does try to keep active. Despite this, though, she is another older dragon who has seen a lot and has to rest much of the time whether she likes it or not.

Waffle is the leader. They can be playful, but often times they are a bit scary. It is hard to tell what they are thinking sometimes. At heart, Fle is most merciful.

Rid likes to use her name as a conversation starter. It's a Riddle, is her name Riddle? If it's Ridge, is that short for Ridgeback? Did she used to be a Ridgeback? But in the end, Rid has a complicated set of health conditions due to her former state. She used to be a statue, carved from stone. Patches of her feathers are discolored due to that weathered time, but that is only the surface level of disruption. However, Rid does not mind too much and is chronically cheerful.

Saramune and Aygul keep to themselves. Nobody really feels the need to disturb them when they are together. There is an overwhelming sense of peace and content emanating from the two when they are enjoying each others' company.

Tudri loves cats. She has been trying to get closer to Eona for a while now, but without much success. However, she has succeeded in acquiring some felines of her own. They hate Rise's dog, though, and often they get into arguments with each other.

Woodward and Joey are avid gamers who hate going outside. They would much rather play games together and yell about the unfairness of the results. It is their job to watch over Kaeru, the clever and often immature permanently youthful dragon. He is extremely intelligent but has bad decision making and cares nothing for morals. Neither Ward nor Joey enjoy their job, but they agree in order to spend more time inside without other work.

A beautiful horde of imperials descended on the clan one day. Few by few, they have come and went. Waffle has permitted them to stay and instructed no other dragons to bother them. For now, things are quiet and fine just as they are.
