Personality:
Name: ???
Nickname: The Exiled
Facts: This tundra is a tundra emperor (see pocketss and their tumblr blog). He has three heads. All three are Ice. He's not as mindless as an Imperial Emperor but he's just as dangerous as one. He lives away from the clan he resides in, untrusted and unworthy to live in the same residence, but worthy enough to be in the clan still. He has a heart as cold as the lands he was born in and while being strong, his teeth are wicked sharp. His eyes often glow in the distance/dark or from emotion. One Head is the angry one, one is the hungry one and one is the crazy one.

Personality:
In tune with his birthplace, Exiled is ruthless and cold in nigh all situations. He has a strong sense of duty and instincts to match - which he often follows without thought, giving into the impulse before he even knows he has.
Naturally wary and distrustful, Exiled takes awhile to warm up to others. Particularly those not from his clan, their scent unfamiliar and foreign to the nose he relies upon. It often causes a tense atmosphere as visitors feel the same towards him as he does towards them.
Each head has its own nuances underneath their most defining characteristic trait. The middle tends to be the most intelligent and driven, the right spontaneous and fun loving, while the left is obsessive and an occasional whiner. Despite these subtle differences, each can predict the other's thought with near flawless precision.
In times of emotional duress, you can see his three sets of icy eyes glowing, poorly lit areas activating this ability as well. The latter reason is more common than the former, Exiled not being a very emotional dragon.

History:
They say two heads are better than one, so three must be spectacular, right? Exiled has that. While they all see the other heads as himself, each has his own defining characteristic: the left head always hungers for his next meal, the right head isn't quite sane, and the middle head’s brow seem to be constantly furled in anger.
Exiled’s similarities to an emperor is not, in fact, coincidental. His father, a scientist, was experimenting on emperor magic to find a way to prevent any future incidents. Whether he purposely or accidentally contaminated his son with said magic is unknown, as well as if he realized he could not prevent emperors before or after this event. They say fight fire with fire - maybe he thought the same for emperors.
While not undead nor as mindless as one, Exiled certainly possess some of the same strength and qualities of an emperor; he’s abnormally large and muscular, with razor sharps claws and teeth, and holds the magic of three dragons in his single body.
During times of peace, the middle head takes charge. But when a fight commences, they'll equally take reign of the body, the two coming to the aid of their less combat-savvy head, each focusing on different aspects of fighting: one dodges oncoming attacks and returns it, while another keeps lookout for any other oncoming opponents and terrain hindrances, while the last draws on their magic to supplement the physical attacks with magical ones. An acid-like venom can be seen in his transparent belly, to be spat at eyes and venerable areas when the opportunity arises.
What with his combat prowess, it comes as no surprise that Requiem, both queen and general of the clan, finds value in him as a guard. The rest of the clan, however, are wary of him. Only the king truly trusts the Emperor tundra like the queen does - though it does not mean the clan doesn't try. Some have learned to tolerate - even enjoy - his presence, yet that unease still sits heavy in their stomachs, never completely disappearing.
Hatchling, however, have no such qualms. Maybe it's the fluffy fur or the fact he lets them get away with anything, but hatchlings flock to the tundra despite their parents’ warnings. Exiled enjoys the attention, and is as gentle as a mother with her child and soft as a teddy bear when he plays with them. The sincerity and lack of fear in the hatchlings’ and Requiem’s eyes are what keeps him here, what makes everything bearable.
Exiled has a cave aways away, close enough to protect his clan, yet far enough to satisfy those who scorn and fear him. As well as his residence, Requiem provided Exiled with treasure and food for his services. She’s clearly fond of him, some even have heard her mention searching for a companion for the emperor, for a relationship for him that surpasses just a friend.

Yes go ahead, you can shorten it. Crazy-insane. They share the body, and while the main/angry head generally controls it, when in battle, all three of them do, the crazy/insane and hungry head are much stronger combat wise. They do indeed see themselves as a single being. They manage to get along most times and indeed they can predict they other's thoughts.
- Mutation. He was born with three heads, most likely some sort of experimental and magical accident. Exiled's parent does look like the scientist (Zukia). I assume they were trying to stop it but realized after an accident that they realized; they couldn't stop the emperors and decided to make one to fight the other Emperors instead.
- He's a part of the clan but also sort of not. While he is scorned and feared, Requiem values his combat expertise, they give him a cave of his own, they share food with him and give him treasures. They've learned they could trust him if Requiem and Quill managed to. But they didn't trust him very much. Hatchlings however, trust him and have fun playing with him, despite their parents wanting them to 'be out of danger'. I imagine while he does have a heart of near ice cold stone that Requiem and many hatchlings are what keep him there. Besides for being able to sleep under shelter and being given food and treasures. Requiem even has stated she's searching for someone for Exiled to 'hang out with' or to be more than 'friends' with.
