Biography

Ryidyel
pack leader
Mated to the Dogrose Drift matriarch Shiira, and leader of the Dogrose soldiers.

Ryidyel was originally born and ran in the Reedcleft Ascent with his fellow Mirrors, till a stray gust of powerful wind knocked him into the ocean and he was swept away.

Shiira found him washed up on the shores of the Starwood Strand, while hunting with her mate at the time, an ancient Guardian, and took him back to the drift where she had made her home. The cunning mage and stoic warrior nursed him back to health, and Ryidyel found himself enjoying their company, unusually so for a Mirror.

Age caught up with the Guardian and he passed one starlit night, and Shiira had curled beneath his wing and shook, misery that even a non-Fae could understand. Ryidyel had been planning to return home, but he decided to wait. It was the least he could do.
