Personality
Bhaskara is a solemn, serious dragon. He thinks little of merry-making, and prefers the company of intellectual dragons. He possesses a dry wit that manages to startle laughter out of even Adamaris at times, and is comfortable chatting for long periods with Chandrakanta. Bhaskara is reserved around strangers, and tends to avoid the nest renters, although he has taken it upon himself to stretch his social boundaries by becoming the official clan ambassador and delivery service.

History
While not a native of Fire, Bhaskara has come to love the quiet roar and bubble of the lava-filled expanse. He came as an adolescent, and hasn't left the clan since. Although he greatly admires Chandrakanta and her fierce intelligence, she sees him only as a friend after one nearly disastrous mating.

Bhaskata, hurt by the outcome of that mating (and subsequent pledging of his children to the Flamecaller straight out of the nest), has retreated from romantic engagements. He avoids even spending the smallest amount of time with single ladies in other lairs, although ladies with ivory tertiaries (so different from Chandrakanta's coloring) still can turn his head.

She decided to leave, however, and he was hurt by her decision. So although he has since participated in couplings, he has never fallen so hard for another dragon.

Miscellaneous

• Bhaskara, though he won't admit it, loves pushing his social boundaries and forcing himself to talk to other, non-clan dragons.
• He is very good at keeping gossip to himself until the best opportunity arrives.
• He visits the Southern Icefield (without scheduled deliveries) about once every two months.
