The Life of Satine I Satine was once the lady in waiting to the reigning queen; being a simple serving girl she had been looked over as nothing more than another clan member, a pretty face that tended to the every whim of Queen Sagura. Through the years she was betrothed to Lord Dimitri; a guard in the queen's army. He was kind enough but there was no love between them. Though as her duty demanded she mated him and had a small clutch of eggs Afer a while, she began to grow wary of the queen, started to hate how she was was ruling the clan let to her by the beloved mother. She began eyeing the throne, believed herself far more worthy of the position than Sagura could ever be. Secretly she began discussing her plans with others, growing her following so that they may over take those loyal to the soon to be ex-queen. She just needed to bide her time for the perfect moment to over-throw the wretched 'Noodle' brain queen. A traveller from a distant land, Magus came to the Empyrean Forest on a whim. It was here he met the lovely Satine, he learned of her discord with the Spiral Queen Sagura. Being a mage of massive power and skill he granted her the power she and her followers needed to over take the Spiral Queen and those who served her. It wasn't long after, her followers growing anxious, waiting for Satine to give the move that a mysterious traveller arrive in the forest. Magus is a powerful warrior mage, with his power he and all of Satine's forces were able to easily to take Sagura and all those who pledge loyalty to her. With the Mother Misera's approval Sagura was stripped of her position and power and made a simple general in the coliseum task force along side the mother herself; while Satine was named the new queen of the clan. Those who refused to follow Satine fled into the night or were banished into the tangled wood; never to return. Magus remained in the forest, having become smitten with the fiery skydancer. He asked for her claw and they have been a powerful and loving mated pair, ruling over the Empyrean Forest clan with a gentle yet firm hold. All good things however must come to an end, Satine and her beloved mate had dreams to serve the almighty Shadow Mother. After hearing tales from the Father of the clan, Shiver; they decided that their time as rulers had come to its conclusion. It was then Satine sought out another to take her place to rule as the next Queen Satine of the Empyrean Clan ________________________________________ |

The time had come for the graceful Queen Satine I to step down from her throne and pass the rule of the forest clan to one who would serve the clan as she had. With the Matriarch's permission she sought out a young lady who she knew would be able to handle the role and there she found a sweet sanguine Skydancer. She was graced the name Satine, to carry on the tradition she had started. A shining star by the name of Satine to care for the clan. Satine II was afraid however, being so young to take over the clan. Many were skeptical that she could handle the job, the mother Miseria suggested an advisor to aid her in her rule. Deciding to take the mothers advise she sought out someone who could help. Taking the advise of the Mother, Satine sought out a dragon who could serve as an advisor to her. One who was wise and understood everything it meant to rule a clan. It was when she found Sin Gent. He was sweet and charismatic in his movements and how he spoke. It didn't take her long to hire him as the Clans Advisor nd even still for her to fall for him. ________________________________________ |
