Sorry, stuff is happening in real life, I haven't had a chance to finish leveling her. I am including the stones to finish her up for the build. At level 17, you should add 3 berserkers, bolster, and a 2nd ambush to her stones.
When you apply her to your Party, put her in the 2nd or 3rd slots (either right or bottom) - the 1st spot has a glitch sometimes and it will take away the turn so put another dragon in it :)
She is decent at playing in the coliseum up though the Blooming Grove currently :)
As she levels up, you wants to apply the stat points as follows
STR 109
QCK 80
AGI 9 {do this one last.. it's just your leftover points!}
