Biography

When Nimla can be convinced to wake up, she is usually quite a happy, playful dragon. She and her best friend Nero will often be found rolling around playfighting, much to the exasperation of Nimla’s Autumn Dryad familiar.

As the second eldest dragon in the clan, she has become a sort of mother to the clan. Despite her playful nature, however, Nimla takes this role very seriously. She tries her best to listen to the problems to the dragons of her clan, and solve them when she can. She works closely with Nero in this regard, as he is often available when she is not.
These responsibilities often involve taking on the care of young hatchlings when the parents simply feel overwhelmed. She also takes care of the newcomers to the lair, helping to alleviate the stress of moving to a new home of complete strangers.

Nimla won’t admit it, but she sometimes wishes that she could have the escape that she offers to the rest of her clan. She enjoys her duties, but they can leave her feeling drained. It is at times like this that she is grateful for Nero, who has the ability to melt away her tiredness, and make her feel happy when she is simply too tired to feel anything. Whether this is because the two have known each other for so long, or because of some quality of Nero’s, Nimla doesn’t know.

Nimla’s closest friend next to Nero is the Autumn Dryad she is never seen without. She takes care of administration when Nimla is asleep or otherwise occupied. Nimla is grateful for the help, and for the companionship the Dryad offers when Nimla feels overwhelmed with her duties as the mother of the clan.
