~Early life~
Brought into the clan as a lost egg, Ikuseichi was born knowing only that she, for some strange reason, had two fathers and no mother. Often times she would find herself trailing along behind Aeronite, always curious about what he had planned for their clan next. Most of the time, though, after only a mere hour of following him around, she would be sent off to her other father, Noni. In her opinion, Noni is the Fun dad. He would always take her to lands beyond the clan borders to let her explore, and give her a chance to spread her wings. Noni would nap under a large tree while she went off and found all sorts of trinkets and shiny stones. That's just how her childhood was. She had free reign over herself, for the most part, and began to blossom into a beautiful and adventurous young adult. It was only when she was around 17-18 years old that her time of peace changed.
~When he came along~
By the time she reached the age of 17, Ikuseichi had developed a strong longing for a mate. Noni and Aeronite would hear her say the word Mate so many times in one hour that it took a monstrous amount of will power not yell and send the poor young girl into tears. When her fathers lacked the enthusiasm for her rambling, she would run off and babble at the other members of the clan. So, on that bright spring day, she had been doing exactly that. She sat there at the opening of the den with Keiraki, going on as she would, when Kosen came through, flying in between the two and landing a few yards away from Aeronite. "Father, you must come quickly! I've found a heavily injured Guardian just outside our borders." Gathering a small party and his Mate, Aeronite had his son lead them to said Guardian. When they got there, they couldn't tell his blood from the color of his body. He was such a disaster, that Aeronite wished to bring him into the den for healing. Noni protested this, stating that he would not endanger their clan for the sake of a rogue Dragon. The pair had continued to argue for a while, but were broken up by Saseki, who, after looking the Guardian over extensively, urged the notion of taking him to den. Noni backed down on the matter, but mumbled and complained the whole way home, making sure his discomfort was well heard. Upon bringing the injured rogue home, Ikuseichi, now seeing his condition, had begun to gather as much medical supplies as she could. For hours, she and Saseki worked to clean and heal the wounds on his body. It had even gotten to the point where their healing magic had worn out, and the were reduced to simply bandaging the wounds until their power was restored. During all of the medical attention, the Guardian hadn't even so much as twitched, but he was still breathing, and that was the goal.  Owners Notes! Quote:
