Sadness roots the loveless blossom, death has made them linger in loneliness so fine only a few know what they feel. They could walk the entire endless world, but nothing could, in their eyes, heal them of these decayed roots of death below them. Tears shed, endless streams of it fall down to the ground as another ground filled with a lover, a friend, someone they cared for now just lays in the dirt as lifeless the earth around him. Why does he walk so lovelessly, what has cursed him for this? What crimes of existence is this to be? Would the cycle ever end...? Only time could tell him, and he has plenty of it. Little did he know it was a curse given to him due to the punishment of separation of his original soul. A traveling dancer with an unknown past, with an equally as mysterious brother, these two have seen the world over, demi-gods, undying, unaging, moving with empty notions due to no true home, the roads were their home in a way, and it gave them plenty of curious sights from the years. But many, many, graves followed Eros, as he is cursed to an infinite curse that will kill his lovers or those who are in love with him. A flower that drains. It was only when the twins had stopped at a clan named 'Clana De Refugiu', a place for all to rest; the weary, the pained, all shall find peace there. A welcoming clan to those who needed not to worry about the pains of their past, to make everlasting friendships. As his scars begin to heal slowly as snowfall, making a beautiful garden for himself, as this relaxed him. Little did he know, a traveler, or rather really what he should be called is a Thief, had gotten lost in this garden, and Eros was quick to act in a defensive stance, but the Thief assured him he was not here to do anything, he had just gotten lost. Eros, being the kind fellow helped him out and told him to be more careful next time. However, days past, and the thief returned to find out more the beauty he had seen. They both found out eventually their curses couldn't affect each other, and the endless cycle that followed the blossom and the thief was over. Death no longer followed them, just endless love and a family. Eros also has the power to manipulate the light around him, generally crafting it into objects. Often he'll use it to make a spear if he feels threatened. He's a precise aim, after all. Though he can only use this power when the light source is enough to draw from, it will completely disburse when there is not light. The night can be his biggest weakness. (By CrimsonSasaki)

| im, ah, very weak for delicate, desaturated colors, though i admit your lore had me reading for a good bit! your writing's fantastic; it has this dreamlike, vivid quality to it. eros' lore in particular had me enraptured— im just as weak for helpless, hopeless loves, the eventual resolution and peace that a path of eternal searching might bring... his occupations as a dancer-gardener show in his design, the delicate flowers and flowing silks, the flowering boughs probably look fantastic in motion. hes gorgeous!! also, congrats on the boyfriend, lad. i wish you the utmost happiness. |
