An eccentric tinkerer and inventor. Hemella gave up her beloved Golden Bantam Fangar to help adopt Metaphor; she is Metaphor's mentor. Hemella is also the Plauge Ambassador to the Verdant Clan. She has closer ties to the Verdant Clan than most other flight ambassadors, having lived with the clan for ages. She has mothered many of the clan, including Evella and Shireth.
