Biography
Taiyatali is older brother to Lavonia, a down to earth yet big dreamer. He and his little sister were to be put to death as offerings from another less advanced, isolated clan to their god, but Abronzi and his companions learned of this as they were adventuring near the sacrificial grounds. Though appalled that such a cruel ritual would take place and fully knowing of the many other ways to make offerings to the gods, Abronzi leapt in the way of the clan leader, abruptly stopping the brutal sacrifice. The rival clan was less then pleased that something they had considered sacred for generation had been disturbed, and they did not let their offerings go willingly. Taiyatali and Lavonia were protected Abronzi while and Momus while Hibiscus ran off to get help from their den, taking many wounds but not once letting the rival clan lay a claw on the hatchlings. During this mayhem Taiyatali and Lavonia had seen far more violence then any hatchling should have, making then skittish and highly untrusting of the new dragons as they fought those who they considered family. While the rival clan was being fought off by those of Neffelti the sibling mirrors ran off into the woods, terrified and confused, scared and hurt in many ways. The two had wandered around the southern icefeilds for hours during a harsh snow storm, lost and freezing, before their small bodies gave in to the cold and collapsed together. The two cried with one another, too scared and cold to even move when they heard shouting and footsteps. The last thing their little eyes saw was a glowing light in the blurry snow and a deep comforting voice like that of a shaleback. When Taiyatali wok up he was in a warm nest nest to his sister, a large, hot plate of meat stew for the two of them sitting nearby. While waiting for his sister to wake Taiyatali ate his share and cuddled back nest to her. Growing scared of sitting in an unknown den he began to sing, a soft hymn of what the elders sang when they wanted the hatchlings to sleep. As he finished clapping startled him, and when he looked he saw the red Tundra from before. "That was a wonderful song," the Tundra with the voice as powerful as the wind said, "I'd love to hear it again." Wary, Taiyatali sang again. And again. And again, and again, until Abronzi bean to sing with him, albeit badly. The two bonded over song until Lavonia woke, and from there the two siblings were a adored and welcomed part of the den. Taiyatali can be found singing his heart out on a bright day and helping Latula with meals, minding the treasury, and he has grown very close to Kamatayan despite his dangerous appearance. If you need a optimistic dragon ready to help you weigh the pros and cons to a situation or just sing you through the day like it was a Disney movie, Taiyatali would love to be at your side!
