Solana is a member of the Night Warriors, a long and distinguished family of fighters. When she came of age, she left her birth clan to finish her warrior training, as is customary in her family.

Voidbane invited Solana to Roreville after the young nocturne was rejected by a few other clans. When Solana arrived and started working as a guard, however, the reason she was sent away from those other clans became apparent: the dragoness was not interested in her studies in the least. An incurable slacker, it wasn't uncommon to find her in a cafe or a pastry shop when she should have been at her post. At night, she was often found partying until the early hours of the morning. This would, in turn, lead to her being late at work the next morning.

Greg struggled with Solana's training for a long time. In the end, after many arguments, punishments, and endless hours of searching cafe after cafe to find her every day, he got her to graduate, barely. After doing so, Solana chose to abandon her career as a fighter and open her very own tavern and inn, the Sol Inn. Nowadays, her business is quite popular, among both Roreville's residents and travelers. The nocturne has built quite the reputation as a gracious host, too; her beauty, as well as her sociable, kind, and a bit flirtatious attitude, have helped her in that regard.
