Chillwave

Chillwave can't talk. Instead, he speaks in musical tones. Anything specific he says is usually achieved through gestures, which are usually accompanied by several sounds. He can actually create a wide range of sounds, from whistles, bells, and beeps, to clangs, flute trills, and pops. It's unknown from where this strange property stems from, but either way it makes hanging out with him much more amusing. When he sings, it sounds just like music. He can recreate songs he's heard, though not perfectly. He's usually quite childlike and peppy, and when he's happy his voice sounds like an oboe. This has led to the nickname "Ducky", since he tends to sound quite like a duck or goose. Despite his difficulties communicating, he's a brilliant inventor. He works with a few of the more science-minded dragons in the lair, though all of his focus at the moment is set on crafting a communication device for himself. For now, he has a mechanical bird that can follow him around and translate for him, but he would like something a little more direct.
