Fei may have been born into the charred, heated lands of the Ashfall Waste, but she carries the spirit of the Windswept Plateau and the love of travel within her. Her love of travel from a young age blossomed into a map making career, one she will never pass up for anything else. Her map making skills are sought after by many dragons across Sorienth, and with the help of the clan’s scouts, she is able to create incredibly detailed and intricate maps for everyone’s use. Fei’s upbringing in a large clan made her well cultured and curious about the rest of the world. All throughout her childhood, she yearned for the day where she could leave the clan and explore the rest of the world. It wasn’t until she was an adolescent that she decided to take her leave and travel to as many regions, landmarks, and places as possible. She kept a journal with her throughout her journey, which she used to take notes of her experiences. Fei’s journal is considered her most prized possession, even more prized than the pearl she was born with. Her journal soon became the foundation that she made all of her maps from, which quickly became widely popular across Sorienth. Strangely enough, however, despite her trek across the world – she found herself at home in the Ashfall Wastes once again, in another large clan. To her, no other place quite felt like home. Since her heyday, Fei has settled down and is currently taking a break from all of the travelling she does. While she loves to travel, she feels as if it’s important to take breaks and slow down. She still spends most of her days reproducing her most popular maps and selling them, making a decent income for herself and the clan. She has also had several children since settling down, including Xiang, one of Feng’s guards. While she is proud of her daughter for what she’s accomplished, she is almost always worried about her getting injured or killed. For as long as Fei shall live, her love of travelling and map making will always be a part of her. The Ashen Brigade will always be home to her, no matter where she goes.
