Gwenn is an archer by trade, with some additional training in the tricky magics usually the purview of Arcane dragons and scholars. She has a natural talent for the magic of summoning, and is usually enthronged by small (but generally, to the distaste of her fellows, not edible) creatures as a result of it. Some have seen Gwenn talking to her reflection in mirrored surfaces from time to time, as well, though most would say this is just a habitual oddity.

Her pet bird, Arjhan, is a trained dove who does tricks. She tried to teach Arjhan to deliver messages like the post-dragons do, but Arjhan refused to go so far away and risk getting poached by another clan. It's possible Arjhan is smarter than Gwenn realizes. It's probable that he's a little more world-wise than her, at the very least.

She is in love with Cassie and too shy to say it. Cassie has a similar problem.
