this smarmy creep is smug as anything.

he's also thoroughly convinced he's the clan's heir. since silentmover has yet to disabuse him of the notion, he acts every bit the ruler. vain as he is, he does care deeply for the other dragons in the lair, and he's got a noble streak a mile wide - it just takes the right situation for him to show it.

mostly he likes to flirt but refuses to settle downuntil obligation calls for it.

he also really likes to swim. he's almost more at home in the ocean than the sky, but who's gonna judge? he lives on an island. it's fine.
