aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa Librarian's Record - On the Abmassador's Flightlessness Signed: Midas The Colossal Most of the lair remembers the day their head ambassador returned. Having been gathering materials for the lair- never one to avoid work although she could always ask another- she did not fly back, nor walk. Galla was carried back, by the now-sealed Anansi. This, of course, was long before... Matters irrelevant to this tale. Crystalline chunks of ice coated her wings. "An enchantment gone wrong", the spiral returning her had explained, "she was attempting to collect Eternal Snow, without touching it. Gloves seemed to have been... forgotten. I only looked away for a moment, and she was entirely frozen. Melting the rest of her is all I could do, but her wings... may not recover." She's long accepted this, keeping her crystaline wings, and refusing to enchant herself to fly otherwise. When asked, she simply phrases it as a reminder for herself. |

Librarian's Record - The Abyss and The Ambassador Signed: Midas The Colossal Galla had asked me to report to her when I was able to record information on Anansi. I did, of course. After my latest report, when I approached her with triumph, I could no longer find that record within the library. There is every chance it is a coincidence, but I am not one to lose information, especially not information that I've spent months struggling to record. It is my belief that the City Ambassador Galla has taken my record of The Storyteller. I do not believe she intends to return it. I can see why such a record she would prefer be kept hidden. He will be an ally, if I play the right cards. I have heard Midas the Unending has a meeting with one of the denizens of The Abyss. I do hope they won't mind another visitor. |
