BIO

Iapetus is a shy and self-concious dragon. Raised by the tyrannical and abusive Itura, Iapetus' first opportunity to prove himself came when his sister Incindia asked him to support her bid for leadership. He held off Itura's supporters who might have interrupted Incindia's fight with her mother, but such a feat has never been repeated by him. In fact, after Incindia rose to power, Iapetus became even more fearful and shy, worrying about the backlash he might receive.

Thinking the position might do him good, and that Itura's lapdog, Dausris, was not a good fit for ambassador, Incindia appointed Iapetus to be the new ambassador. Iapetus was scared of and somewhat jealous of the spiral who had been so favored by his mother, while Dausris was still shaken by the change in power. The two eventually became friends, and Dausris helped Iapetus become more comfortable around other dragons, and Iapetus helped Dausris see his own shortcomings. The two now share the position of ambassador, with Iapetus technically being the true "voice" of the clan when the two are sent on missions, and Dausris being a far more secondary representative.
