Xaverine is as crafty with words as he is with his tail, and as such, the initial shock that the bartender doesn’t have hands wears off to most newcomers pretty quick. He does his job well, keeping conversations and drinks flowing equally, and always has a smile on his face, even when other dragons aren’t too kind to him, in and out of work. Yes, a serpent in a dragon’s world is still odd to see, even in Arcane territory where things are more progressive. Xaverine, like most of his kind living in predominantly draconic towns, keeps himself well groomed, well mannered, avoids stepping on toes, and doesn’t give them any more reason to look down on him.

He works and lives at Whitebridge Inn, Ruse being kind enough to cut him a deal on lodging. Even with the vacancy sign never being shut off anymore, it wasn’t an issue, and he’s glad to have an employer who can see through the cultural gap, even if she can’t literally see. He’s often seen doing odd jobs on the inn’s grounds during the twilight hours before his shifts at the bar.
