Crystal mage. Studied under a troupe of fairies as a hatchling, developed a way of storing magical energy in crystals (particularly those in her necklace). She can also solidify magical energy temporarily into a deadly crystalline form for ranged attacks. She befriended several of the fairies and they stay with her almost constantly. She is one of a few dragons that can understand their seemingly nonsensical chatter.

To her clanmates she is a harmless troublemaker, and slightly clumsy. Her fairies don't help matters. They are always getting her into trouble, but she just laughs like a hatchling and scampers away, leaving everyone else to shake their heads and pick up her messes.

Upset her and she will hunt you down and sic her fairies on you. Fairies know how to get revenge. They won't kill you but by the end of it all, when Hylera declares they've done their job and calls them back to her, you will wish you were dead. She only kills in self-defense, but that doesn't stop her from humiliating her enemies.
