Background:
Shortly after Canan and his brother Cadoc hatched, Cadoc was sent to the Zephyrim. On the same day Selyna came to the Nearobregd. Because Katari and Esyllt took care of both youngsters together, they soon became like brother and sister, and the same happened shortly after with Siwan.

Character:
Canan doesn't like responsibilities. So having a real job is something that doesn't please him at all.
He has a rich fantasy, and he likes to pretend he is a bit of a rogue. But being a small fae, that isn't very convincing. He has the luck having hatched in this clan, where everybody takes the other as they are. So the other dragons go along with his dreams, and pretend they take him seriously.

Occupations:
Where the sisters already knew what they wanted to become, Canan doesn’t yet know what his role is within the clan.
When Minnan and Dewin ask for his help, when they go fighting in the coliseum, they never get no for an answer. Maybe he just likes to be a bit of a rogue, without having a real profession.

Family and friends:
Having parents, (adopted)sisters, and a brother, divided over two different clans, Canan can say he has a family. And he likes having one. Upon the arrival in the clan of Crinkle there was a click with them, who have the same restless and non-materialistic attitude as he has. So they became friends and soon they were considered a couple, although when asked they deny that they are.
