Everest, a shy old fellow, prefers to observe from the outskirts rather than be the center of attention. His love seeps out to those around him, turning yellowing leaves green and one’s broken mind whole again. Some may say he’s got a magical essence about him; be by his side too long, and you’ll feel a sense of content and happiness begin to warm your heart. But Everest believes it is simply his kindess and his love that that creates this sort of aura, not a mysterious power. If everyone could learn to love like I have, maybe we would stop looking down upon our differences, and instead respect them, knowing that our differences are what make us unique.
