Apothecary of Dreams "Trouble Sleeping? I've got something for that!" Plasma is the son of the king of a small kingdom that rests on a small tributary river named Frost. He was secretly born from one of his father’s mistresses. His mother had disappeared one day, out of the blue when he was barely a year old. Whispers from his small outskirt village say that the queen had found out what her husband was up to and decided to deal with them herself. However, the queen was quite smitten with him when she discovered him and decided to bring him with her, his birth mother’s family was a bit split when they learned what happened but kept their distance when he was formally adopted into the royal family. The queen is the one who was in charge of the kingdom. She took him in and raised him like her own. He had stiff competition for the throne with his several half-siblings. He never really learned what happened to his real mother and that he only learned he was an affair child through the royal genealogist. He was only relieved that the queen decided she liked him enough to make him an equal among her actual children. As he grew up in the palace, he found himself always reading in the library, specifically medical tomes and ones about stress and sleep. He often kept the royal doctors company, asking questions about the effects of sleep and stress on both dragons and beastkin. It was his personal curiosity. He wasn’t as interested in being the next king, he was more interested in becoming a medical specialist of sleep and stress. He wanted to pursue his studies but wasn’t sure and spoke to his half-siblings on what to do. Considering that the stress of who gets the throne was too much for them, they agreed it would be easier on all of them if he relinquished his claim to the throne to pursue his medical interest. He knew he needed to bring his up with his adoptive mother, but wasn’t sure how well she would take it. Eventually he approached his adoptive mother and requested permission to relinquish his claim to the throne and her blessings to pursue his medical studies. She was taken aback a bit and asked if he had spoken to the other heirs. He had said that he had and that he had their blessing to pursue his growing passion. The queen nodded and understood, she signed the necessary documents and set him free with her blessing. He took a copy to the royal doctors and presented it to them. From there, he studied and eventually apprenticed under the royal sleep specialist. When he was old enough to leave to start his own clinic somewhere, he bid his adoptive mother and half-siblings farewell. He ended on a caravan that was traveling towards the Snowsquall Tundra, where he met a Tundra named Eclipse while changing caravans. The two got very close very quickly. she taught him some Wind Flight styles of herbal sleep medicines and in turn, taught him some of what was his Ice Flight mentor had taught him. The two eventually fell in love and decided it was time to find a clan and settle down.
