Finally, during the Thundercrack Carnival 2018, Elithe found his Fae assistant !
When Mervan came back with us, he wasn't sure of what he could do.
Elithe offered him to help him, and Mervan enjoyed a lot the trips on boat and the work of merchant assistant.
Elithe is deeply attached to him and they make a wonderful team of traders.

-I know it's past midnight, muttered Elithe to no one, in front of the desperately Fae-less cart of the Swipp family. But I thought Swipp was always having trades, no matter the hour. I mean, last time it was 2 AM and even Tripp was here...

He glanced at the mysterious cart - the cart where Swipp disappeared and came back with the items he exchanged things for... Maybe the most mysterious merchant cart in all of Sornieth...

- ... Maybe something happened ! said the sparkling merchant to no one, again. I better check inside. For safety.

Elithe, totally curiosity-driven, rolled in mid-air towards the cart, took a deep breath and entered.

The cart was dark and very, very messy. If he had to put a talon on the planks, he wasn't sure he would have know where.

-No offense Boss but I'm glad I'm a Spiral, he muttered.

Suddenly, he heard voices and hid behind a box full of - in the name of the great Noodle, what where all these driftwood branches even for ?

-And here are all the fanned cockroaches you asked for, Spitfire ! said Swipp's voice. Be carefull with the Firebugs.

-No problem, Swipp, answered the voice of one of Sornieth's most famous Courriers, Spitfire. As always, thank you very much ! Here, Fireflie scrolls, as we said.

-Always a pleasure to have you as a client, Spitfire, smiled Swipp's voice.

The Courrier left the cart and Elithe, confused, revealed himself.

-What are you doing here ? asked the Fae, surprised.

-Well, there was nobody outside, I figured out you might have a problem so I came in to check... My apologies.

-We're closed half an hour after midnight, answered Swipp. But as you are here... You wanted something ?

-Just checking the number of cockroaches needed for the gene scroll.

-That's 60 - don't ask me why Spitfire need so much of them.

Swipp began to make room somewhere for the new scrolls, and put one of them in his own bag.

-Don't tell anyone, but I really think he is feeding a very picky Imperial hatchling, he added with a conspiracy tone.

-So you're just... trading stuff with clients like Spitfire ?

-That's it ! laughed the Fae. I take orders for the next day when I'm closed and I make sure my clients get what they need in exchange from something else - I keep some for myself and then sell them at the auction house, I'm a bit in economy you see. I surely have clients that need a whole lot of strange stuff, but they're paying, so I'm not asking questions. Well, if you had what you needed, I have to prepare these parchment and poet tools for Scribbles. That one is not too mysterious, ahah !

Elithe thanked Swipp and went out of the cart, intensely thinking about what he just heard.

-I really should find myself a Fae assistant, he finally said - to no one.

And he came back to the clan.
