Fiero was discovered by Jhi while he was sifting through rubble from a recent cave in. The tundra was unconscious and lying in a pool of blood, though Jhi couldn't determine where he was bleeding from through all the fluff. Jhi didn't recognize this dragon at all, and hadn't even taken into consideration the pink gems jutting out from his skin, he just hoisted him onto his back and flew into town for help. It was a frenzied mess of confused and concerned dragons tending to Fiero, and when the tundra finally came to he had a lot of questions to answer. Who was he? He was Fiero. Where had he come from? He couldn't remember. He just remembers falling, and a lot of noise, and then being here. When it was finally asked why he had been 'cursed', Fiero was very confused. The dragons questioning him pointed out the gems growing from within him, demanding to know what he had done to deserve it so they could decide what to do with him. But Fiero couldn't recall doing anything wrong, and some of the dragons there began pointing out that he didn't seem to be in any sort of pain due to the gems, infact he seemed quite happy, and liked the color it added to his coat.The town was soon divided on what to do about this stranger. Where could he possibly have come from? If their gods hadn't cursed him, how did those glistening pink gems imbed themselves in his flesh painlessly? To avoid further argument, and calm the fears of the townspeople, Coatlicue sent Fiero to live in her forest, as to not have direct contact with the city. Only researchers and people that wished to visit him could go find him. Fiero didn't mind this, he was grateful for the help he received, and learned to love the lush underground forest he now lived in. He can often be found in flowerbeds, making jewelry and trinkets for himself and his newfound friends. |
