Once, at the edge of the rogues' territory, Rho found an egg. The scent of a mother dragon was nonexistent. Only the dry heat of the Scarred Wasteland kept the hatchling inside alive, but that was no guarantee that it would survive to hatch. She couldn't leave it there, defenseless. She brought it back and laid it in her nest with her own eggs. To the surprise of the clan, a shaggy tundra hatchling popped out, her eyes red as those of the other plague natives. Aldwyn took it as a sign that the Plaguebringer approved of their clan- a plague baby of an ice breed, in a plague clan led by an ice dragon.

Legacy, as she was called, grew up beloved by all. No one could refuse her big hatchling eyes. As she grew into a dragon, she began helping the mother dragons with their broods. It soon became her job. She sits nests so the mothers can stretch their legs and wings, and keeps the hatchlings in line. She has no desire to birth children of her own, as she works hard enough mothering the entirety of the clan.
