Junin came to the Pyrrhians in the midst of an upheaval of sorts: Blacklight was just beginning to get a clawhold and spread. She was almost immediately taken with Alex because while he had a kind heart and a gentle demeanor, he wasn't so soft he couldn't defend himself or put his footclaw down when it was necessary. Eventually she managed to get Elizabeth to infect her, so she could join Alex as an Evolved. He was wary and concerned for her at first, but she grew into it well, and has thrived. She and Alex had a few offspring between them, and all were infected with the Virus.
