Worse than Tahara, the skydancer is extremely anti-social, and is more than happy to spend his days cooped up in the kingdom's royal vaults. Something most of the royals simply don't understand, but they're wind dragons, so he doesn't fault them for it.

Azuleopa hails from the Stormcatcher's domain- where he came from specifically is a mystery. When asked the skydancer snaps at others to mind their own business. People like to believe that he traveled from the distant stormy spires, breaking free from a life of monotonous work under the lightning god's watchful eyes due to the blunt nature of Azuleopa's reports and clear respect he shows to the dragons who are higher on the status ladder than him.

One thing in particular that makes the skydancer stand out from the rest of the work crowd is his memory. He's able to recall events with such clarity that he could tell you the minute of the day it happened. Not many people know about this ability- and Azuleopa would like to keep it that way.
