A dragon of few words, Krahm is a mysterious Lightning loner who also wandered upon the clan. His noble demeanor causes other dragons to wonder of his origins, but he keeps that information close to his heart and nowhere else.

He is often a quiet observer of the other clan members, carefully watching each dragon's actions and words with one another. He mingles well with the other dragons of the clan and his unspoken karisma with the other dragons does not go unnoticed, especially by Amaya. He has yet to discover his specific craft within the clan. He bides his time by making sure the lair's hoard is organized and the dragons get along smoothly with one another. He is the unspoken mediator of the clan: without a word he is able to get quarreling dragons to settle their differences with one another, for the overall good of the clan.

When not by Amaya's side, Rabia enjoys being in Krahm's presence. Though he has never verbally affirmed this, Krahm enjoys Rabia's company, being very affectionate and careful when the young dragon is around. The mysterious nature of Krahm intrigues Rabia, especially since he hardly ever speaks. Maybe this clan will coax him from his self-imposed code of silence? Only time will tell.

Krahm is also a silent guardian over Amaya's first children Titian, Melantha, and Hedley. The young dragons, like Rabia, are intrigued by his self-imposed silence. While Hedley has made him laugh on more than one occasion, Krahm has not really exchanged much dialogue with the young dragons. However, by example he hopes to influence Titian's eventual leadership, Melantha's eventual head of the guard position, and Hedley's natural-born role as clan mediator.

Krahm has also noticed the arrivals of Neroma, Mutie, and Avari. He enjoys the company of Neroma and tries to talk with her well, though due to his lack of spekaing most of the time he finds such a task to be a difficult one to undertake. Maybe she might be the dragon to help him break his self-imposed code of silence? Even he is beginning to wonder...Between Krahm and Avari, the duo could win in the least amount of words spoken, though Avari still outpaces him when she begins to parrot other dragons' speech. At least that speech is words being spoken! Krahm rarely interacts with Mutie, since the aggressive energy she puts off he finds to be more bothersome than its worth to be around.

Ironically enough though, Mutie ended up being Krahm's first mate within the clan. It was an interesting turn of events, to say the least! Nor was it by the two dragons' own choice by themselves. Amaya, noticing Mutie's unique appearance, saw it fit to ask the two eligible dragons to mate with one another, in order to pass on their strong genes to their future offspring. With those offspring, the clan could continue to grow and become a strong and healthy clan.

Krahm was resistant to the idea at first, actually voicing his opinion on the request at hand. However, he couldn't argue with Amaya's logic, and seeing as she was the guardian of the clan, he knew she was only asking them out of the clan's best interest. While the thought of being Mutie's mate, albeit temporarily, was unpleasant, the thought of having children of his own pleased Krahm greatly.

In reward of his loyalty to his clan and clan leader, Krahm received three Imperial children from Mutie: Lazuli, Talia, and Scirocco. Each carried his genes in different ways: they were reflecting facets of their father's jewel. Those who look at Krahm now see the pride and love he has for his children. A once silent loner has become a dutiful father, teaching by both words and example.
