Staccato

History
Staccato fell in love with music on one of his trips to the mainland. He was a young dragon then, with all the time in the world, and he paused to listen to a street performance at the Trading Post. The melodies and harmonies spoke to his soul, and soon he was begging his father for an instrument of his own.

The acoustics in the Fortress were incredible. Staccato spent long hours each day practicing, listening to the sound of the notes off the walls. But eventually, practicing alone wasn't enough. He needed critique, and he wanted to blend harmonies like he'd heard that fateful day on the mainland.

So he left. Staccato traveled, performing as he went to earn his food and lodging. He tried all sorts of music genres, got to play with other musicians, and developed his own style along the way. He started slowing down, staying at each place longer and going to fewer clans until he found the one that was just right.
