Biography

Elvira is the Fire-style prophetess of Ligare, and the first prophetess the clan had. She uses vapors to induce trance-like states so that she may commune with dragons far away. It's similar to telepathy, and comes in handy when Archizoun is far-ranging for his latest Charge. She trained Kalla somewhat. While her mate Keirn is very proud of their qits decisions to join the Gladekeeper, she misses them grately and mourns their leaving.
