As a Plague dragon, she has knowledge of many diseases, and uses that knowledge to help keep her clanmates healthy.
However, no one in the clan realizes how petty she is. If it's someone she doesn't like, then she'll make their road to recovery unnecessary long, which usually requires more visits to her. Which is good, because while she doesn't want them to get better soon, she doesn't want them to die either. That certainly wouldn't be good for her image!
