she/her
A witch Nocturne who, despite the appearance, is actually rather kind but mischievous. She's excellent at alchemy and making potions, using them to help those in need. Many are wary of her though.
Alongside the potion-making, she's also excellent at manipulating the vapor of the potions into spectacular shapes and shows.
Familiars
Swamphaunt Kelpie Aralia was made by Khemia herself. She's pretty fierce and eats really fast.
