She was never supposed to exist.
She was some odd creature, wearing the familiar guise of Imperial skin, dripping in sin and lusting for destruction. A creature who had no soul, perhaps, the air she breathes and the steps she takes resulting in naught but death. Those drawn to her tend to fall where they stand, breathless, empty creatures, rising once more to her side. They follow, shambling, aimless, 'til they wither to naught but dust.
Should one cross paths with this spiraling form, meet her cold, empty eyes, and bear witness to her wrath, be cautious, be wary. Those twisting fangs and iron jaws may come creeping 'round your corner, a single word heard before you cry out your last scream.
