Through generations of selective breeding, the Radiant Eye Sentinels were hatched and presented to Lightweaver as a gift, with the explanation that each distinct subtype serves a particular purpose to serve her needs in ways that exalted dragons could not.

They are Lightweaver’s extra eyes and ears to watch for immigrants from the Beacon of the Radiant Eye across the eastern seaboard. Carrying her messages and acting as her mouthpiece, and as camouflaged guards of the Sunbeam Ruins should the need ever arise.

All three subtypes have wings that blend in with either the sea or the sky, so they remain elegantly camouflaged regardless of their patrol. All may serve either ambassador or sentinel duties, or both depending on breed.

This dragon is a Cliff Sentinel.
With a ruddy sand-colored hide, bred to patrol the beachside cliffs.
