FayeSlift, 368347 ~ Alene hadn't traveled very far before she received news that her home lair had been abandoned. With a heavy heart, she stopped at an Arcane clan to get her bearings and decide what to do next. She had no belongings, no home anymore to call her own. But, after spending some time there, Alene decided that this friendly clan who took her in, helped her through her grief, and shared everything they had would be the perfect place to make her new home. And so, she built a lair and stayed for a while until the urge to travel became too strong to ignore. Bidding goodbye to her new friends, she promised to return when her journey was complete.

Nyllei, 295910 ~ After leaving the strange caravan in shadow, Alene makes her way to Wind territory and nearly gets blown out of the sky. A nearby imp, laughing at her plight, takes pity and shows her a few tips to adjust to the fiercer winds of the Plateau that were a shock after the dead air in the murky depths of Shadow territory. The imp leads her to a nearby inn and introduces herself as Zephyrite, and invites Alene to stay a while. For a few weeks, Alene strengthens her wings on swift winds under the teasing advice of Zephrite, and then, when she feels ready, thanks her hosts and moves on.
