Biography

Tand'Aver (tahn-Ah-ver) is a minor ray'llumian diety associated with dusk on the horizion. He is commonly called the "city's shadow" and related to "the unique pattern of shadows created by (man) made structures". He is prayed to when walking down the street alone, or blamed for weird apparitions in the sunset of a city streetlamp flickering into life at the fall of night. He is a mute and cannot communicate but through atmosphere.
